1. Sketch a floor plan of the project area. Include dimensions. Scaled drawings are best.

2. Detail your drawing with the aid of the checklist below.


Site:

utility service lines – electric, water, sewer, storm, gas, cable, phone, data…

Structure:

foundation – footings, walls, substructure soil/fill

Envelope:
